The Tektronix 7A22 is a differential amplifier plug-in for 7000-series scopes.

The 7A22's most remarkable feature is its high sensitivity down to 10 μV/div! This comes at the cost of a bandwidth of only 1 MHz however. The upper frequency limit can be reduced in ×3 steps down to 100 Hz reduzieren, and the lower frequency limit in ×10 steps from 0.1 Hz to 10 kHz.
Applications are clearly in the weak signal, low frequency field – that may include audio, biophysical signals, transducer outputs, noise analysis and releted areas.
